bridging loan

We have agreed on buy in property and all the papework is complete for exchange.

The property we are selling the buyer has delayed the compeltion due to personal family reasons .

Pleaase could you let me if we there is option to take bridging loan to complete the purchase of the property and pay back once is we sell our property

Please could you recommend any bridging finance company.

Has your buyer agreed to exchange, or are they delaying both exchange and completion?
