Long time user of CSD - always loved it - great asset selection, fast platforms, good wrapper selection, quick execution, low fees… until about a month ago and it’s all falling apart. Anyone else having issues, know why it keeps crashing / not able to trade? Clearly we have had a lot of volatility recently but even on the more quiet days the platform is now either down or simply wont accept orders…

So looking to move. Considering Interactive Investors. Any others people love here? SIPP / ISA / JISA with a penchant for international equities held directly rather than funds… Thanks.

Never used CSD but they have a very good cashback offer on for transfers in... Which I usually take as a warning flag.

I recently opened a SIPP and ISA with interactive investor and personally find the platform very unintuitive and a right pain in the arse.

Edit to add: Actually it was Invest Engine I opened accounts with and not Interactive Investor. Ignore the above!

I use interactive investor for SIPP, JISAs, ISA and GIA and its cost effective and works well. Would certainly recommend. Sorry to hear facing troubles with CS!
