Government Actuary's Department - How to contact by phone?

I need to get in touch with GAD about my work pension (police).

I've tried using the online contact form and get an acknowledgement saying I'll get an update in 5 days, then nothing.

I've tried Googling a phone number but the only one I could see was disconnected years ago. I don't really want to write to them, because I suspect that'll be as successful as emailing has been so far.

Does anyone have a contact number for GAD?
