Is there are any upcoming planned changes to the Advisory Fuel Rates that can be claimed by company car drivers with reference to engine sizes?

I am just about to choose my next company car and there looks to be an advantage choosing a larger engined PHEV (1.5ltr Vs 2.5ltr) due to the increased Pence Per Mile figure (0.14ppm Vs 0.22ppn) that can be claimed.

I don't however want to do this only for the structure to be changed in the near future.
