I want a second credit card, to be paid off in full every month.
Because barclaycard keep making a meal of things.

Problem is I am retired and I'm not drawing any income at the moment.

A credit limit of £1000 or so would be plenty.

any suggestions?

TIA.

Most of the comparison sites will give you a % likelihood of approval if you put your details in, so that’s probably a good starting point.

If you’re looking for a leftfield suggestion, Klarna do a Visa card for their previous customers, seems the main criteria is that you have to have successfully paid off one of their loans already. One annoying drawback is that you can’t pay the bill until your statement date, but you do get free foreign currency transactions, so it’s a decent choice if you go abroad a lot. I’ve no idea how competent their customer service is. https://www.klarna.com/uk/card/
