Takeover Shareholder Payment Date

I wonder if anyone here can help.

I held shares in Warehouse Reit (WHR) in my Halifax share dealing account. On Monday 8 September the takeover of the company by Wapping Holdings Limited was apparently agreed and the WHR shares disappeared from my portfolio.

What I cannot find is when and how I can expect to see the payment for my shares. Does anyone here know?

There's a big Warehouse Reit website which has full details. If you go on there and download the latest document(s) about the offer and it becoming unconditional you should find the timetable for settlement. I anticipate you're already aware it's an "all cash" deal.

AGM has been “ delayed “ until the end of this month I believe to allow more time for shareholders to receive more details of the proposed / accepted offer.

I just took a look but didn’t find the information. I’m off out now but will look again when I get back.
