... who would be able to go to OCBC on Chulia Street and see if they can get an email address for the bank's bereavement team/department? As executor, I don't have an account so cannot use their normal messaging system, while their bots and phone systems end up saying "please express that using other words" or similar, while I want an audit trail of communications anyway. Is physical post really the only way in this day and age?

Have you tried '[e-mail]' or via their app (24/7 assistance with OCBC Chatbot) .. and might get a better response during Singapore hours?

No response from any email address I can think of. I cannot use their app as I don't have an account with them (or more precisely, an Access code).

I tried a branch in Orchard yesterday and today but was automated machines only and no staff. Out and about tomorrow so will see if can get into a branch too.
