I’ve been looking at using InvestAcc, they’ve been more helpful and proactive than the others 2 or 3 I’ve enquired with.

I have 3 industrial properties with Investacc, there really good and easy to deal with. Originally was using IPS who then got bought out by James Hay, they are a nightmare to deal with, and I paid to leave them.

Mate of mine did this with AJ Bell.

It works like this. (For him)

His SIPP invested in buying 4 units with one land registry title for £100k freehold.

His limited company pays £600 a month back to his SIPP for the use of it on a lease.

His Ltd company uses one of the units and sublets the other 3 for £1000 total.

The £400 profit minus any maintenance and insurance is part of the profit of the Ltd company, but is paid directly into the SIPP to avoid corporation tax. Over the 8nyears hes had it he reckons hes put back £50k into his SIPP.

There are fees involved.
