After getting my home insurance renewal through and it doubling from last year i looked at the compare site.
This company came up cheapest.
Has anyone used them had any issues?

I'm using them for car insurance. As always with insurance you never know what they are like until you need to claim.......

Use them for car insurance, had a not at fault vehicle write off. All went smoothly from recovery through to pay out, so would use them again.

I believe they are a broker / intermediary / MGA so not the actual Insurer with whom they have arranged the policy ?
Been around for a decade +.

I used them for a few years for buildings & content cover, only reason I no longer use them was due to getting cheaper quote elsewhere at renewal time.

Just re-insured with them 5th year running now, but never had to use their services.

Their renewal was a little bit more than what i got on comparison sites but called them and they beat the cheapest quote by £20, £100 excess on each Buildings and contents

I've used them several times, because their cashback via TopCashBack is usually really good. Paid about £40 for Home Insurance one year as they were giving cashback of £170!

I left them because I tried to use their free home emergency service and it was declined. Apparently they’ll send a locksmith if your front door is jammed and you’re locked out, but not if you’re locked in.

Been with them for around 8 years now for home and contents insurance. I used them within the first year after someone broke into my house and stole a few bits along with my car keys and took my car.

Found their service very good, they sent a lock smith straight away who sorted my door locks out and the snapped handle on the back door, he also replaced the padlock on my gate which the thieves cut off.

The contents claim was all smooth as well, no issues so I’ve been with them since, I check the quote every year and I sometimes find one a few quid cheaper but not enough to make me want to move away from them.
