Life time cash ISA - Transfer to lifetime stocks ISA

Hi-I have searched on Internet but no luck with my specific situation so hoping to get some help here. I am over 40 now but when I was under 40, I opened a cash life time ISA. With hindsight I should have opened a Stocks&shares lifetime ISA.

I am trying to now convert this Lifetime cash ISA to a S&S ISA. I approached few providers but all said their systems won't allow this. (they need to open an account first and then start transfer but the system won't let me open an account as I am past 40). Daft but it is the world we live in. Product was a good concept but no financial institution wanted it so they all put bare minimum effort into these accounts.

Does anyone know any provider who offers this?
