I've been using Apple Pay across all of my Apple devices for years, and have never had a problem until today.

I approved a transaction for £95 using fingerprint authentication on my MacBook Air. Almost immediately, I had confirmation that my card had been debited £121 for the transaction!

I got in touch with the retailer and they confirmed that the offer I had in my basket had just expired, so the £121 was the 'new' price, but surely that means that the transaction should just have failed rather than taking a higher amount than I authorised?

It makes me nervous to use it going forward. Has anyone else had similar?
