Anti Money Laundering Checks

I've planning on moving some funds around including giving some to my children & I'd like to avoid having to go through AML checks with multiple organisations: it's time consuming & they all ask different questions. Is there any way i can go through this with just one person/organisation & then refer solicitors, banks, & anyone else to this body who can confirm that I've passed the required AML checks?

It's a nightmare at the moment as every time I respond to one bank they just keeping making up new requirements for information required.

Just seen your other post but the answer will be the same.
Every one that asks for these checks seems to use slightly different criteria and even a different app.
As the one helping you seem to have to undergo more checks than the buyer !
There is not one size suits all.
I’ve done it for all 3 children and am just having to do it for myself as buying some land.

its no longer a defence under AML laws to rely on someone else. We used to jsut ask the buyers solictor can they confirm your satisfied with AML and bingo.

their bank
their mortgage
the agents
us developer
our lawyers
our bank / lenders
