Buildings Insurance for block of converted flats

Does anyone have any good recommendations for a broker that can look at this?

Small block of residential flats in a converted Victorian house.... the kicker is a relatively recent (few years back) but fully resolved insurance claim for tree damage to neighboring property.

The incumbent is, in my opinion, taking the absolute mick.

We use Ellis David for a Victorian conversion with slightly dodgy subsidence history. We did a long and annoying manual search last year to see if we could beat what they found for us and we were miles off! Good luck.
