Is there a more frustrating company to log on with, in the event i can ever get logged on again before i die the first thing will be to remove all funds so i don't have to go through this hair pulling experience ever again.

Also is there a QR code app that works and doesn't load up your phone with adverts.

Thankyou.

QR code app as in reading for a QR code? The stock (default) camera app on most phones will normally read a QR barcode.

Much obliged.
My large screen Blackview doesn't appear to have one if it has i haven't found it, however i found one that works without ads.
Email to T212 worked, they sorted it from their end and i'm finally logged on, been a most frustrating time.

Do a Google search and the AI bit will usually tell you how to do it on your specific phone.

Haha yeah, just left them for premium bonds.

The keep telling nonsense about sending info to a trusted device yet never set one up.

Well as they say every day's a schoolday, much obliged i now know how to access the inbuilt QR reader.

The Blackview is a huge hefty phone but i make a lot of us of google traffic maps for my work where the large screen is useful as is the larger than usual keyboard.

Having been a customer of T212 for a few years, they decided that they needed a selfie with a passport to verify my identity. Fair enough, Know Your Customer requirements etc. But what an almighty faff if you don't use the app (which I don't).

Never had a problem logging on to T212. HMRC app can be a faff.

OTOH you wouldn't be happy if it was too easy to get onto the T212 app or website and one of the zillions of bad guys out there sold everything you had and took the cash out.

T212 is what it is.

It took them a long time to move to 2FA after they 1st appeared on the get poor quick scene.
