mortgage advice needed please...

Hi

Our current fixed rate deal reaches the end of its 3 year term next month and i'm just looking for any help from phers before i waste hours and hours trawling round town.

My mortgage was for £118,500 and we had a deal at 5.49% for 3 years fixed on 30 year, paying £675 pcm. Can anyone recommend any decent fixed rate deals out there atm please?

Have you thought about talking to a broker? It's a big debt so would be worth taking some proper advice.

Why Fixed? Depending on LTV (Loan to Value) First Directs' Capped Lifetime Tracker is a good each way...
