Recruitment Fees

HI all

Was wondering what fees anyone is being charged by recruitment agency’s.

Ours want 20% on a 22-28K software engineering job.

20% is pretty high, we pay around 9% - 12%, however, this after hefty negotiation. They usually come in at around 17% - 18% at their first offer.
