Market for renting houses in the suburbs?
Discussion
In busy (expensive) cities, people are keen to rent flats and it makes sense.
I have the opportunity to buy a house out in the suburbs with a view to letting it out.
It's a semi, nice cul-du-sac, 2 bedroom, upstairs bathroom/toilet, downstairs toilet, proper back garden, garage, excellent potential transport links into central London. Station is a 15 min walk away (train can take you into Moorgate in 20 mins).
Is this the kind of property that people (a family/couple?) would want to rent? Do families commonly rent whole houses?
Worthwhile thing for me to consider?
TIA
