Anybody heard of this outfit based in Cheshire?

I have somehow got on their address list and whilst my initial theory leans towards spam mail they do keep quoting overseas property at 'bargain' prices with guaranteed rental incomes for up to 5 years.

Last 'deal' was £45k buys a US property with 5yr rental from govt sponsored company!

My feeling is if something is too goood to be true it usually is.....

You can buy houses in Detroit for $500 but you wouldn't want to go near the place. So basically depends where they are!!!

They keep spamming me with amazing offers

The fact I get spam (I mean targeted marketing) every day puts me right off

If if was that great, why do they need to market so heavily?

Or maybe I'm missing out on the deal of the century by being so cynical.

I know there are some stholes in the US but these looked very good locations.

And there is not one hint of Nigerian relations with millions tied up in overseas accounts - well not yet anyway!

Most scamsters are not Nigerian.

If there is a fantastic, unbeatable, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity out there, would you tell anyone? smile

I dont think its the same outfit as this one is a UK reg company. I've never got as far as requesting a brochure as I dont want my porch filling up with ste or the risk of being cold called and having to resort to diversionary tactics.

Previous owner of my second phone line must have been on several 'lists' and I would frequently get incoming. My starting point was to put on a foreign accent that made it difficult for them to understand me and then tell them Mr XXX was dead. But if they had any money for him I would take it. The phone normally goes dead at that point as it seems to stump them.

I think that you will find that most of the properties don't exist, or are not for sale. They will probably just sell your details to loads of estate agents in the country that you show an interest in.

There is no "Insight Property Group" registered at Companies House.

Lots of places offering cheap US real estate, and that's because some parts are now flooded with foreclosures. Florida is the most common for these offers, but others parts do indeed have the govt funded rental option.

Being in the international real estate game with another hat on, I took a few of the Florida offers and visited the very sites during a trip there a month ago. £30-40k sort of asking prices, with developing financing, guaranteed rental etc. Well, turns out you could buy those very units yourself, foreclosed, at the local courthouse for half that price, all day long.

So, buy cheap real estate in the US by all means (I am), but do your own research first and buy it at the true market price, not some inflated UK broker price.
