Moving an extractor fan in the downstairs wc

Job for the weekend, there a extractor fan in our downstairs toilet that i need to move forward to clear some boxing in that we are having done. I've bought a slim line version this time, one of these

i'm assuming the wiring is exactly the same on these type of fans.
heres the one i have in the ceiling already

this is the wiring on the paperwork which is quite sparse though...

It does appear to be the same from the photos.
In the top one it looks like (from left to right) live, neutral, switched live and a redundant earth. The same requirements are shown in the wiring diagram for the new fan.
For peace of mind though I'd still test the wires first rather than assume that is indeed what they're doing.
