washing machine problem!

Hi guys,
my washing machine has decided it doesn't want to give me my clothes back
i ran it on a normal cycle but had to stop it early as i realised something was in there that shouldn't have been. left it for a while but still no luck. then ran it through a cycle with no washing powder to see if that would solve it, but it's still not allowing me to open the door!!
any ideas? i've tried doing in the internet router way (turning it off, then back on ) but still no luck

hi, thanks for the reply.it's a bush WM-1270TVE and it's pretty new, landlord had it installed only a few months ago i think. i've turned it off for now, but do you mean turn it off at the wall, or just the unit? there doesn't appear to be any water in the machine...

When its on, does it flash 'random' lights? These are error codes. Might help determine what's wrong.

just pulled the unlock handle thingy and lifted the door up a bit and it came right out!! happy days
