Evening folks

After rebuilding a realitves rover on my drive it has left its mark. Mainly its the oil that missed the drip tray. I was told that really cheap cola will remove it but it made little difference

Anybody reccomend any good cleaning products?

Many thanks in advance

If it's tarmac you have a bit of a problem. The tar that makes the driveway stick together is oil. Any solvent that cleans up oil will make a hole on the driveway.

So your best bet is to leave it.

+1
Sprinkle it liberally around, brush it into the stain and then walk away. Next time it rains, it'll wash it all away.

This will sound a bit odd but it worked on block pave. Cover the area in a decent layer of cat litter for a few days!! it absorbs the oil really well. Good luck.

I have the same problem and reasoned I'd either have to leave it or re-seal the surface so it's all darker.

This may sound daft, but try soil on it.
Just brush in and hose off, repeat a couple of times allowing it to dry before doing it again(hot days are good to do this).
It will lift after a time.
It also works with spilt paint.
