Which flowers are these?

I bought a bouquet of flowers for Mrs Blib yesterday to celebrate her birthday. This morning, over breakfast she pointed to the flowers pictured below and asked me what they were.



Not knowing one end of a garden centre from another, I thought that the best and quickest place to find out was with you people.

Many PH points if you can tell me what they are.
