panoramic extensions from anglian

We have been toying with the idea of having a conservatory built as we are in desperate need of more living space now our little lad is starting to get about abit. We want something that is useable all year round. Im worried that a conservatory really is going be to hot in the summer and too cold in the winter despite having rads fitted. My dads conservatory was a good spec and has two rads but is still to cold for the little lad to play in when its the depths of winter.

Been looking at other options and came across Anglian panoramic extension which looks like a better option in respects of usability. Does anyone have any experience with Anglian and this product. Can someone give me a rough guide price of what i should be looking to pay for a 3 x 5m footprint with probably a lean to style tled roof?

Also does anyone else feel like me that this type of work would add value to the property were as a conservatory wouldn't add anything? We have a budget for the conservatory but might be willing to borrow if this is gona be a more usuable option and will actually add value?
