Kids have a 15ft pool - one of these, up for the summer type things.

Dont use the heater that came with it as it's too small and my kids are tuff! The filter is equally useless.

So - what i want is to make a simple "hover" for the pool - is this as easy as pipe to suck up stuff from the bottom (this is where 99% of crap collects)....a pump outside the pool to suck, a pipe back into the pool via a little filter box i will make and attach the side of the pool.

An easy "get out then pack away" cleaning solution that will be used once or twice a week - but what sort of pump will suck water at a good rate for hovering, handle "solids" like leaves, etc and be about £50 which is the budget!

plenty of submersible food pumps that would do it - they just need to be submerged and I need an external unit.
