i'm dragging the garden into the 21'st century & i want a fantastic bbq to finish off my decking & patio area. now, what i'm thinking of is one of the masonary type ones that can cook with both charcoal & afterwards you can fire a few logs on so that it works as a chiminea almost.

i kinda thought it would be easy to find something but there's nothing that ticks all the boxes, namely:
charcoal bbq
chiminea for heat
oven for cooking in.

i know the easy answer would be to buy a gas burner bbq with an oven uderneath & a seperate chiminea but i'd like a permanent set up so i don't have to take up all the summer house space by filling it up with everything.

ideal chimney on it would be 2m high, like i said possibly masonary but i've no preferance.
i'm looking so far at the bushbeck range as they kid of are the main thing that's out there for under £500.

another option would be to find someone to build something bespoke but there's going to be no-one nearby who does that kind of thing, if there was someone who could do kits i could get my brickie to sort it but i can't find anything.
any ideas lads?

Whey, & indeed, hey!

But as I stated I'm not after a mobile one that I need to hide away over winter, no matter how speedy it is hehe

You don't need to hide them away over winter.

Most come with very durable covers these days. I have just replaced our gas bbq this year. The last one we had for a decade.
Not bad considering it was always outside!

Just build your own. You can build it to your own specs and get what you actually want, rather than something out of box that was designed in China.

Have a look at the Teracotta Warehouse in Manchester (they have a website).

We got our masonry BBQ from there years ago. Good price and looks really well.
