Recommend me a switch

Following on from my "what type of switch is this?" thread (http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&f=207&t=1010218&mid=84498&nmt=What+type+of+switch+is+this%3F , it seems that the type of switch I was originally seeking is impossible to source. The desk lamp has two separate lamps that can be on independently or together.
What alternative switches can I use to get my desk lamp back up and running?
The wiring is shown in the picture below (red, black, blue wires):
