Another "how much to renovate" thread

How much would I be looking at to completely redo a smallish kitchen and bathroom? Would not be fitting it myself so would need to get someone in. House is for rental so looking to spend as little as possible!

Just trying to figure out whether the sums add up...

Had a kitchen and bathroom done on my place for £5k labour (included moving a door in a stud wall, new waste/supply for shower etc) and about £4k all in for materials (inc appliances), see pics on my house listing below:
