Guys, I've read a few things in the internet but thought I'd see if anyone has any first hand experience.

We've just had the extention completed, it has massive bi-fold doors along two sides and a glass lantern roof (with no openers).

On nice days we obviously have the doors wide open, but come the evening I have to stand on the dining table etc with the hoover to get rid of all the flies.

There has to be an easier way! It took me nearly an hour last night, there were literally thousands of the little buggers!

Any thoughts?
Cheers
Simon.

I made the mistake of leaving a bright light on in my bedroom with the window open into the early hours of the night. Big mistake - squashed flies everywhere now. We have some canals in the local area and it looks like the midgie season is on us after yesterday's warm weather as well.

A powerful vaccum cleaner with a long extension clears them up quickly, or get some insect screens.
