Wild mustard, an escaped rape seed maybe.

Yes it looks like a Brassicaceae i.e. mustard/cabbage/rape family, but what exactly I couldn't guess.

Yup Rapeseed. Get loads in my garden each year, carried in from the near by fields.

It is surprising how far this will travel with the wind. I get some in my garden sometimes and the nearest field growing it is quite some distance - far further than the experts would have you believe it is capable of travelling.

Definately not rape. No seedpods and leaves are much to big for commercial rape.

The flowers haven't even opened yet - the seed pods will come. There are several different types of rape, but I'm not entirely convinced either. Definitely the right family though. As for seeds travelling miles, that's birds, not wind!
