Weed/Plant recognition again

Anyone recognise what these are,appearing in hanging baskets Mrs N made up.

We assume it's coming with the compost and have not let it get any bigger to see if it flowers.

Looks a lot like Basil.
Rubbing leaf will confirm if tis or tis not.

My personel definition of a weed is something growing where I don't want it, whether it's an orchid or a dandelion makes no difference.
