Lighting Designer - Hants

Can anyone recommend a domestic lighting designer in the Hants/Surrey/Berks borders area? I'm in the middle of a refurb and have come to the lounge and need some help. I know what I want to achieve but I need a pro to assist so I don't balls it all up. Someone who can also work with rako type systems would be good. I've tried a couple of local shops and none offer a design service.
