Inflatable Spa...crap idea?
Discussion
A crap idea.
Get a proper one, even if it's only a cheapy and then if you like it get a better one.
It won't be insulated as per a good tub and won't have decent seating positions. A proper Spa with a cover is always ready for action what ever the weather and temperature.
We got one off Hydropool http://www.hydropoolspas.co.uk/ and have been really happy. Not the cheapest but self cleaning, no effort at all to maintain and one of those situations where a bad one will put you off for life, a good one will be something you use a lot.

I see that place all the time, I'm from East Grinstead and it makes me want one every time I go past it! Get a proper one, even if it's only a cheapy and then if you like it get a better one.

Had a lay z spa from Homebase for the last 2 years, excellent thing for the money, and hard to justify 3k + compared to £300!
Good bits are inflatable so it is really comfy and great for kids to bounce about it, (no bruises etc) and has great heat insualtion. Can take it down in the winter too.
Bad bits is bubbles are air only, and ambient air at that, so on a cool day, it can cool the water with the bubbles on too long.
Overall though, you cannot beat them for the cash and well worth a go if you want to try the hottub experience. I amde s imple deck for ours with 50mm celcotex under it just stood on the patio. Helsp prevent pucntures too!
Buy one, try one, (ready to start filling in 20 mins from opening the box) and if yiou really get into the idea, stick it on ebay and you will get over 200 notes for it!!
cant go wrong IMO
Ps get a chemical started kit and use it form word go, pretty easy to set the water up. Also from ebay, get some spare filters, then rotate them in and out saves cleaning them when you swap them and you can change them every day, then. Cheap from ebay too.
