Doesn;t look like a benford to me, more like an old thwaites, but they normally have THWAITES cut out of the metal in the front crossbar, and i'm sure you wouldn;t miss that.

Its got a perkins engine, an arch transfer box and no makers plate

Have a look at the plate on the rollbar, it might have a name for what it fits.
