Garage Insulation

As some of you will know (as I have been seeking lots of electrical help!) I am having a large double garage built.

The build is just about complete so I am having a friend in soon to insualte the ceiling and plasterboard the walls.

In the ceiling I was going to use Celotex 100m insulation.

Can any Pistonheders recommend insulated plaster boards for the walls?

The walls are single skin.

I have had a look and it seems that Thermolite is the way forward but it comes in a few different sizes.

best bet would be to build an inner timber frame out of 2x4 and insulate in between these as if the garage is single skin then you will need some good thick in sulation to keep the heat in.
