Windows installation isn't level

Got new windows fitted at my house last week. From the outside under close inspection it appear that the living window was slightly crooked (left side higher from the outside) against the old concrete sill, however this appears to be sagging very slight so didn't think more of it.

Until I fitted the blinds last night, which are closer to the inner sill on the right side compared to the left side (when view from the inside). Basically it appears to be 1cm higher at right side (front the inside). Question is kicking a fuss likely to achieve anything?

I'm at work atm so I'll post pictures later.

The window can be re fitted if you wish. Just measure the opening and make sure that is reasonably square

Get a spirit level on it and find out what's out of kilter
