Spanish property search - on line

Hello all,

Can any one please suggest an "on line" Spanish property search engine?

I could be looking for a place some where between Barcelona and Tarragona, or 50km or so north or south of these cities.

Before you start looking (I assume to buy), get a good English speaking Spanish lawyer. Pitfalls everywhere, and people exploit that.

Wait until you are sure where you wish to buy a property in Spain, then just look in what is the main town of that province for a lawyer,
The first thing that you need to get once you have found the house/villa/apartment is a "Nota Simple" which will disclose any debts/problems with the property, and to see that all is legal, without that don't bother, and don't be fobbed off.
A Nota Simple can be got within a couple of days.

One other thing is that you will need your lawyer/gestor to get before you can buy anything is your NIE number so that anything that you buy can be registered on your behalf, without that you can do nothing.
