I have used Out door living in Hull for chemicals and repairs to mine, they have one in Leeds as well, they had some offers on when I was in the Hull store on Sunday, seem to deal in the better brands as well.

There was a hot tub thread recently with some installation pictures and info - take a look in the search.

My wife's company sells these http://www.jacuzzi.co.uk/hot_tubs
PM me and I'll put you onto her if you like.

If you fancy a trip to the Toon and bring your speedos you can have a go in the display tub -

Oops forgot I posted this thread. Craig I've lost your email squire

Anyhoo I went round a few places and in the end liked the guys at outdoor living in Leeds. Absolutely no pressure, and happy to answer millions of questions without feeling like an idiot.

In the end I plumped for a jacuzzi j465cd it's being fitted end of sept.

Looks like a nice bit of kit, do you mind saying what sort of money it was? I do fancy a hot-tub.

Sadly hot tubs are priced like everest double glazing - crazy high list prices and you have to barter your way down (ex showroom etc etc)
Main things to avoid are chinese ones (with misleading american names), ones with air blowers (water goes cold), single pump systems and ones with lots of unnessesary gadgets (tellys etc)
Jacuzi, Masterspa are good brands.
I ended up buying a 2 year old masterspa for £3k - which was a bit of a bargain (said the masterspa engineer who i paid to move it)

Jon, enjoy your hot tub when you get it, had mine for four years now and still use it every other day. (Catalina model)
