Ball park figure - every extra 10k on a house will cost me..

We're looking to move. I'd be interested if there was a ball park figure for a 20 yr mortgage. So we sell our current house and every £10k extra will cost x per month.

Too many variables to be exact but I would imagine around £50pm, why not just go onto one of the many mortgage calculators on line and put your specifics in.......

It depends on so many things that you'll not get a sensible figure.

LTV? Interest only? Etc etc.

I'd say somewhere between 15 and 50 quid a month..

Repayment 20yrs @ 4% £60 a month for every 10k.
