So we have applied for permission to knock the house about and are going to need a shed as the plans for the garage have changed a lot.

Needs to be big enough to get the ride on mower in, few bikes, strimmer, axe etc.

This seems like good value..

Looks to be real good value at that price, but try to have a look at a 'sample' before you buy. Some of the timber they use in cheaper sheds can be so thin it is almost transparent.

When you assemble it you might want to use extra screws and fastenings to beef it up a bit.

Overlap is a lot easier to break into than shiplap or t & g. At least with the latter, you have to make a lot more noise. The overlap sheds are usually a lot cheaper quality as well.

I've just bought this one and it arrived last week...

Whilst they are very (very) flimsy, they seem to be just made out of feather edge fence panels, they are very cheap. I bought it in the knowledge that it'll need major bracing/reinforcing during instillation so I'm not overly worried. I screwed all the slats onto the boards and then treated it all inside & out with preservative and I'm intending to build it this weekend.
The first thing I'll be doing is overboarding the floor & roof panels with 18mm OSB and I shall fit extra struts to the sides/door, then I'm going to insulate it with Celotex and board the insides with 9mm (maybe 18mm) OSB.

I've just bought one of the metal ones from the same company.
Delivered when they said it would be and pretty good value for money.

Flimsy as a plot device in an episode of Eastenders but it'll do the job nicely once insulated and with some extra fixings for strength.
