Bathroom extractor fan - fitter wanted, nr High Wycombe

Just bought a (hopefully decent) in-line extractor fan, with all the fittings which I need fitting in to our 1st floor bathroom ceiling and venting outside via the loft.

As some building work would be required (fit vent in ceiling and under eves) I'm unsure as to if I need an electrician or a builder?

If anyone would like to offer their services, or can recommend someone good, please reply here.

We've in Stokenchurch, near High Wycombe, Bucks.
