Does microban/anti-bacterial grout work?

As the title really- and if so, what's the best you can buy? We're having our shower tiled and want something that's going to stay white for the longest time, we were thinking of just getting light grey grout as that might hide mould better, but if the white stuff works, then we will go with it.

Plus I read on here that the grout revive stuff is good, so we are tending towards the white. What has my life become that I am sitting typing this at 6.45 on a Friday?!?

Yep used it on our bathroom and its only starting to show signs of dullying 6 years later.
