Electric gate strikes, maglocks etc

Anybody know anything about these? Failsafe, fail secure, what to look out for what to avoid, any good brands to look at?

It's for a metal two leaf pedestrian gate.

Failsafe means that power failure results in the lock opening, fail secure means power failure leaves the lock secured.

Have fitted a few mag locks and a couple of rebated door strikes in the past, but on fairly low security applications and just used generic parts from the likes of Screwfix.
