Measuring a built in oven?

The oven has packed up in my buy to let property. The height from the top of the oven fascia to the bottom of the lower oven door is 70cms. The height to the floor is 87cms. Under the bottom oven I can see the supporting legs and the plinth to the kitchen units. Which height do I use when ordering a new one as both these heights are available? I want to replace like for like. Forgive my ignorance but I'm hopeless at stuff like this.

A standard built under double oven (working on the fact your worktop is normal height) will be marketed as a built under double oven and be 720mm. If you buy an eye level one at 900mm it wont fit
