Hello

I currently have my house on the market. It is a little unique and it needs to be aimed towards motorsport fans whether cars or bikes. It is overlooking a corner on a famous race circuit, but obviously most home sale websites tend to reach only locals............................ whereas the planning I have may appeal to a larger fan base.

Has anybody any advice/idea as to where to advertise this property?

Many thanks in advance

Special K

Start a thread on a motoring forum and wait for the offers to come in.

We obviously bought the property because of the view, like the neighbours !!!!!!!!! There are a limited number of houses that get the view.....

I'm unsure of what motoring forum to reach the right people and not the wall kickers !

It's not meat to be an advert for the house, it's help with reaching the right people, whether it's via the right place on here or a publication.

I'm sure my garage may show somthing

Have you looked into advertising at the circuit itself (they must want neighbours on side?) or a sign in the back garden?

How much would a full page advert in Classic and Sportscar magazine cost?

Might be worth speaking to the circuit and see if they would put some adverts up, or even negotiate some space on their website - after all its in their interest to have neighbours who won't complain about the noise!

I've seen your house on Rightmove?

I THINK I found it through a topic on here??

You have an extension on the back with a raised deck and planning permission for something?

If it is the same house, its lovely GLWS

They circuit goes clockwise, so away from the house so obviously get to see both the bend and the straight following. It does have raised decking............................... to make the most of the view......... even though local residents gets pass's to all events throughout the year ................. small sweetener !!!
