Hi

I need some enamel pantone paint making up to cover some scratches on the bike however I cant seen to find it anywhere online?
I have the code from the manufacturer but struggling to get the supplier for a small tub!

Has anyone on here managed to get hold of some?

Pantone is a brand of printing inks and as far as I'm aware, they don't make paint.

Why do you think your bike (push or motor?) needs a Pantone colour?

Pantone is an industrial std of colour classification.

You can get any paint you want. Whether it matches the original, thats another thing all together. Original may be oil based, new may be water.

What bike and what colour is it ? Just go into a body shop and they will match it up.

I took my new Santa Cruz mountain bike along to a local car paint supplies company after it was damaged by airport baggage handlers. They let me loose with all their swatch books and I soon found a perfect match. Turns out it was a Lamborghini colour. Cost me about £10 for enough paint to probably re do the whole bike.

Right you are. All our office fit-out jobs have glazed partitions etc. specified in Pantone shades.
