Any Gas Safe guys about?

Currently designing a kitchen which will have a combi boiler housed in (hidden by) a tall larder cupboard.

That cupboard is quite close to a window. I'm replacing the window too so can make the opening side a good 800mm from the flue.

However the actual opening in the building (the hole that the window sits in) will be about 250mm away.

Acceptable or a re-think required?

300mm between the flue and opening of a building (endge of brickwork) doesnt matter which side of the window opens.
