Birkdale (from Costco) garage doors

Hi all, I need 2 roller garage doors (sectional
or full roller) and picked up a leaflet from Costco for birkdale. Has anyone had them before that can offer some reviews of the company and the product?

I have 3 fitted by them 4 years ago, had lots of issues with parts of the mechanism breaking and the customer service not is the best.

I have just had 4 more and went with Aluroll supplied by arridge and fitted them myself, much better doors, went with somfy motors and control and can open and close from anywhere via smart phone.
