Toilet roll is one of the products in life that I've decided I can afford to spend extra on.

Thus if it looks cheap, and feels cheap, I won't be buying it

Oh is it meant to be nice? I just assumed from the name it was a cheapo substitute with a jaunty name!

we've been using it for a year or so, so much better than supermarket stuff and each roll seems to last for ages

we get the bamboo version along with the kitchen roll

Regular isn't great. Premium is really good.

Interesting as I've just received my first delivery of 6 kitchen rolls and 48 bamboo bog rolls costing a gadzooking £54 as Mrs BigMon was very keen to try it.

First impressions are that for something supposedly eco-friendly it comes with a lot of cardboard and why the feck is each roll wrapped?

I will give it a try and see but the kitchen rolls look a rip off if I'm honest and I think I'll be going back to Regina Blitz which is also expensive but you get a lot for your money. Will see what the bog rolls are like.

It's ok. We use it on our Superyacht.

Don't worry, the irony is not lost on me either.

For years i've been meaning to do a comparison between toilet paper and kitchen roll !! I can get two really goods wipes from one sheet of kitchen roll as opposed to many sheets of bog roll.

Just need to work out the methodology to get a fair result.

Amazing what goes through your mind whilst sat on the pan. Oh and don't start me off about the which way round the roll should be on the holder debate rofl

Tried them. Wanted to like them....
But.....found the sheets were MUCH smaller than our regular Costco specials, so used 50% more sheets....but worse, the tearing off was a bit rubbish, left shreds. It was a “no” for us. YMMV!
