What shall I do with my Shed ?

We have a garden cabin, 10 ft by 15 ft, it has been a sort of workshop, a bit of a clubhouse when the kids were little and I converted it to a gym but I go to the gym as I realised there is limited headroom, its very cold in winter (metal weight bars, not nice) and there is nothing nice to look at....

My son has decided he is going to nick the equipment and take it with him to his new place in Scotland.

Need some suggestions beyond storage, its clean, dry and has those interlocking rubber mats down, also has power and light.

Any suggestions daft or sensible as to what to do with a space that size ?

I took our old shed and turned it into a shelter for the garden, we've had loads more fun with it as a sheltered outdoor room than it ever was as storage or as a workshop (which was cold and never big enough).
