the obvious question being how close is the leak to electricity...
that aside I'd imagine that mastic/bathroom sealant would be a temporary fix, and there's almost certainly going to be some sort of hot-tub forum (no, not swinger's weekly for those sniggering out there! though given it's in the home cinema section I dunno....) which should be helpful

Be careful assuming its a jet issue it may be a pressure issue. A lot of hot springs and hot spots leak around the heater or pump but only show this when the jets are in high which to me suggests the seal is failing under pressure.
Check the heater and pump connections first as more easily accessible if only to rule them out.

Thanks for the replies. I don’t think there is any risk of electric shock but I have turned it off at the wall and started to drain it.
It looks like the water is coming out underneath the basin which is what you would expect I suppose.
I might just have to wait until the engineers are up and running again as I’m not great at DIY!
